Rear disc brake pressure help

I have a 1993 Ford Thunderbird LX 5.0HO that I'm attempting to rebuild from the ground up. Disc brakes all around. After replacing both rear calipers, pads, and lines, I'm getting absolutely no brake fluid and/or pressure to the driver's side rear caliper. The passenger side is fine and has pressure and is working. What would cause this?

How many steel lines do you have leaving the master cylinder, two or four? If only two, where does the rear line split, on the rear axle where the rubber hose attaches?
