How do I get an air bubble out of the cooling system on a 1993 Ford Thunderbird. 3.8L not s/c

Temp gage goes up and down and the heater fluctuates between hot an cold all of the reading I have done says air in system

Did you change the thermostat?
Is the coolant level correct?
Did it overheat prior to this happening?

Yes new thermostat coolant level is good dont know if it has over heated just bought the car presure test done held at 15psi.

You need a leak down test to start to verify the head gaskets are good.
The radiator needs to be checked for being clogged.
