I have a 93 thunderbird and my problem is that when im driving i go and turn and the steering wheel does not turn back on its own. but ive changed the rack and pinion the power steering pump works and the wheel isnt stiff its nice and smooth upper and lower ball joint where replaced the tie rod ends struts if anyone could help me with this problem i would really appreciate it. thank you
