High idle

My 93 ford tempohas a high idle even after I have tried to adjust it

How did you try to adjust it? It's totally computer controlled using the IAC valve located on throttle body. The throttle butterfly itself has a screw to adjust throttle plate so it dont stick closed. It is not meant to try and control idle. So you either have a vacuum leak or a malfunctioning IAC.
