Why will not communicate with scanners and running rough
1993 ford ranger will not communicate with genesis 3.0 scanner
engine is 1.0 v6 w/automatic transmission &ac
hard core start(only stars with ether)
stumble idle if driven fouls out plugs
sparks on all cylinder in coil pack
injectors firing. all vaccum lines checked
replaced plugs ,fuel filter and new air filter

As I said in your other thread/question: Check to see if there is power to the diagnostic connector. If not, find out why. I can't find a schematic for your vehicle showing the configuration of the diagnostic connector wiring. Check the light blue and orange wire for power with the ignition on.
