I narrowed it down to the fuse panel under the dash. The fuse is a 15-amp fuse. This fuse controls dome/courtesy lamps, radio memory, and power mirrors. I don't have power windows. My question is which one these causes the battery to go dead and why?

I fthis still has an under hood light check that. It will be on the same circuit. Therwise glove box is next all you need do is remove bulb to test. If you look at night you may see it working also check cargo light as that may be on.
