body ground

I think there might be a body ground for the fuel system but I can't locate it. Where might it be?

The ground is through the wiring harness. Check it to see if there is damage or corrosion that is causing the issue. Also, if you have a steel fuel tank, you should be getting a ground throught the tank straps and where it mounts on the vehicle.
