Why is my tire wobbling when I drive?

I hit a speed bump that I did not see yesterday doing about 10 mph. After which, My rear driver tire began to wobble when driving. I pulled over to check it out and the tire was able to be moved without much force. When trying to remove the tire, I began to loosen one of the lug nuts and the tire would come out on one side. Why is this happening? What did I break?

Tighten the lug nuts and safely lift and support that side of the vehicle. When the wheel is off the ground, see if there is side to side and up and down play. Let me know what you find.
