1993 G20 Spots Van with 350: It has been sitting about 2 years . I put in a small battery to see if it would start, It turned over (Slowly )but would not start.(battery Ran down) I went and got the battey that is suppose to go in it . now it will not turn over ? i have check battery conection there is no corosiopn at all and a very tight. could the bushes in starter be stuck? thank you.
