Throttle Body Noise
93 chevy silverado with 4.3 liter has a loud whistle or squeal coming from the throttle body area at idle. noise stops if throttle is opened any. does not seem like a vaccum leak because engine runs smooth at idle

Clean out the throttle body and IACV and see what happens
