1993 Chevrolet Truck Repair Question

Chevrolet Truck Battery Problem
My truck has an electrical problem. when you turn on anything in the truck, heater radio head light,etc it draws my voltage down to nothing and the truck tries to die. it starts flickering as your driving it on and off. its got a brand new interstate battery and i change the altanator and that didnt make a difference

check body to battery ground and battery to engien ground. it may have ahsort by starter as well hitting exaust manifold, check harness there.
