1993 Chevrolet Truck Repair Question

Brake system
Brakes apply themselves at 15 mph then release at 10 mph. disconnected the harness to brake module no change. pulled brake fuse and that fixed that issue but no spedo does not work and tranny wont shift. any thoughts
