I gave my car a car wash and I used engine degreaser on my engine and after that it has benn running hard.

Hard for 3 days now.
I changed the spark plugs and the wireset
And I chacked the resistance in the coil pack and they are really close.
I just don't know what else to do

You gonna have to check and clean every wiring harness/connector -something could be shorting out due to water is conductive will pass electrical pressure-start here

You NEVER was to use a hose under the hood. There are numerous modules and you can ruin any one of them by getting them wet. Try using a blow dryer around everything under the hood, especially the coils and wires.

I looked basically at almost every connector I found a few that were wet, I dryer them and the is still running like crap. Ill go throught and look to see if I missed any.
Could it be an o2 sensor?

You have more than connectors to worry about. You have electronics that could be wasted too.
