Chevrolet Corsica Engine Problem

Car has 3.1 V-6 engine. Engine has started to be real sluggish upon acceleration and feels like it is stumbling. When decelerating it feels like it will die and stumbles while coming to a stop in gear (A/T). Also starts a little harder than previous. Pulled several plugs and looked like they had a black residue. Cleaned throttle body plate and IAC pintle and bore. Problem still exists.
