CHEVROLET BLAZER SPARK PROBLEM

1993 Chevrolet Blazer • 200,000 miles

My blazer keeps dies almost every time I come to a stop. It usually happens after the truck is warmed up. It's been in the shop for a month now and they cant seem to find the problem. It has a rebuilt engine with less then 20,000 miles on it. It runs and drives perfect, but every time I come to a stop it will die. It will start right up and im able to drive off just fine. It started out where it happened once, then a few weeks went by and it happened again, then it happened a few times and now it happens at almost every stop, and even when im at a stop and try to go it will stall out and die. I've had the cap and rotor replaced. Idel air control replaced, spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel filter, ignition coil and ignition wire set replaced on it but the problem continues. Any ideas?
