engine doesnt turn over when attempting to start

Any applicable trouble codes? You should be able to check mil codes, yourself. Engine cranking, do you have an injector pulse? Have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the spark plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure.

To check for codes, use a jumper wire between the A & B terminals of data link connector. Turn the key just till the dash lites come on, no further. The mil on the dash will start flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes.
