Buick Skylark Fuel pressure Problem

1993 Buick Skylark Custom 2.3 4cy runs extreamly rich and rpm surges at midrang??? Have changed ECM,fuel reulator,idle circut sensor,map,temp sensor x2 just to name a few?

scan for codes and check fuel pressure first. see if fuel pressure holds after turning key off.

code 26,29.holds fuel pressure,replaced fuel pump about 6-7 months ago....this started about 3-4 weeks ago. seems to be geeting worse.

ther eis no code 29 but a 28 and both codes lead ot a poor connection at pcm or pcm itself. it's inside the pcm called a quad driver. If you get another one then make sure to change theprom in the old one to the new one. and dont' touch it with your hand unless it is grounded to something.
