I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT ,DTC 55 MEANS?

UPON HEAVY ACCELERATION,CAN'T GET FULL POWER BUT SURGES VERY STRONG THEN SMELL EXHAUST,CODE 55 SHOWED BUT DON'T UNDERSTAND IT.

That really means nothing except that it is finished testing. The symptoms sound a lot like a bad MAF.
