1993 Buick Lesabre Repair Question

Engine has high idle when started for the first time of the day about 50% of the time
There appears to be no vacumm leaks, cleaned the throttle body, replaced iac motor, still idles high on first start, doesn't idle high on any later starts, thanks, John

Test the throttle position sensor closed and WOT voltages
