1993 BMW 850 Repair Question

Up on moderate acceleration and braking the steering wheel trembles. whats could be the cause.

I have checked tie rod ends, both inner and outter. i have also replaced both frount struts. i had the tires balanced and rotated.

Struts and tie rod ends don't cause vibrations or shaking. Warped brake rotors are a more common cause even if there's no pulsing in the brake pedal. Inner cv joints on front-wheel-drive cars can cause a vibration in the steering wheel but only under acceleration. Broken tire belts are another thing to look for but that should have been checked when they were on the balancer.
