1993 Acura Vigor GS I left my lights on

I have a 1993 Acura Vigor GS, with about 155k miles on it. The problem started when I left my lights on, which caused the battery to die. After jumpstarting it, I drove it home o.k. but when I started it again after I charged the battery it just died. Now when I try to start it, it does nothing. No dash lights or sound. I then found out that the main battery fuse (100 amps) had blown. When I replaced it, it broke again right as I reconnected the battery. I have no idea what is causing this, Anyone have any suggestions?

That fuse is from the battery to the alternator, try carefully unhooking the alt (all wires) and see if the fuse still blows.
