Please can someone help me with coolant overheating
93 Acura legend is overheating and checked the cooling fan won't work with car on but when apply 12v voltage direct from battery to both fan they worked.antifreeze is coming out from reservoir hot.top and lower hose are hot but the one on top is hotter than the one on the bottom. I just need help to determine if it is termostart or fan switch

The problem could lie in the fan relays. They do tend to fail at about the age and mileage of your car. It never hurts to replace the thermostat. But, since the fans are not coming on, that is probably the source of your overheating problem.
Replace the relays and see how that goes.

IT COULD BE RELAYS,TEMP SENSORS,TEMP SWITCHES,BAD GROUNDS,ECT.TURN ON THE A/C AND DEFROSTER AT DIFERRENT TIMES AND SEE IF THE COME ON THEN. YOUR BEST BET WOULD BE TO TAKE IT TO A SHOP AND HAVE IT DIAGNOSED.THESE SYSTEMS ARE NOT FOR THE INEXPERIENCED.
