Enging has started knocking is not firing on # 1 CYLINDER. Plug is dry and it has spark.when I listen with a stethoscope the knock is heard the loudest around the water pump. The lady says the noise has come and gone before but never this loud and never accompanied by rough running. I was thinking possible lifter issue.
