Car wont start
1992 subaru loyale
the car came to me with timing belts off, and a fresh tune up. i put new belts tensioner idlers and water pump on. car wouldn't start. checked timing and cyl 2 and 4 were switched. put them back and still wont start. i have spark and fuel.

Check the valve and ignition timing if its correct
