92 Pontiac Sunbird window regulator. Not power, just crank style where can I buy it? I have searched all the sites I can find and they are all power type.

Thanks for your time and if I had to go used I would maybe do just the drivers side front window. I have called all the salvage yards around here and everything I can find on the net still no luck. So again thanks for your time and if you find one it would be great.

I have not found a new one as of yet. Pretty discouraging. Found a used one and they wanted one hundred and fifty something. Kinda got us over a barrel and taking full advantage. If you hear of anything would sure like to be given a heads up. Thanks

Don't feel bad your not the only one in the world that hasn't figured it out. Once you figure it out you will love it you just set up a ebay account and then your going to want to set a paypal account because most of the sellers on there take paypal. Let me know how you make on on your new ebay adventure.

Kind of a rock and a hard spot on this I guess. They do not make new regulators crank type anymore. I did find a used part place that will sell for $130.00 each! Not a miss print so will drive the car with the windows up.

Crank windows must have been rare on those cars or it just got enough years for the factory to stop making them. Try calling this number and ask them if they can get them for you I just got some factory saturn parts from them. There a parts locator there website is www. Parts. Com there phone number is 1800-690-9411 you will have to call them. There website shows a regulator but doesnt say if its power or manual. Let me know what you find.

Thanks saturntech9 that parts. Com site did indeed have the crank type regulator. Only problem and call me a tight wad but almost $150.00 just seems like so much! That's more than $300.00 for the 2 front windows after shipping. I do believe it is time for the car and us to part ways. It has other problems too. But again thanks all who pitched in and helped, this is a great site!

Your welcome thats what were here for. Yes it is a lot of money for the regulator but in the case of finding one for that car there isnt a lot of other people offering one in the new part market. If you have anymore questions feel free to post them and tell all your friends about our site.
