I think my car is out of time

When I crank my sunbird it wont start it sounds like it wnat's to but it keep's flooding itself so I think my timing belt is to old or just worn out always lot's gas in the oil gave to oil changes same prolbem

How long since a tune-up? Any applicable trouble codes? Engine cranking, do you have spark at the plugs? Use a gage and check fuel pressure. Not only check for correct pressure, see that pressure doesn't drop like a rock when you turn off the engine.

It could be a timing issue?
