1992 Plymouth Voyager throttle

Throttle gets stuck when the weather gets cool and damp. I will let go when it the engine gets warm. What could it be? We change the throttle sensor and the other piece that was on the bottom of the sensor. Please help us.

We did check the cable. Its ok. What else can it be?
