Plymouth Voyager 12 volt Problem
Power to fuel pump but pump won't work. Fuel level works changing position of arm

If you supply 12 volts and ground and the pump motor doesn't run, it's defective and must be replaced. Use a test light right at the connections to be sure your jumper wires don't have a bad connection.
