Oldsmobile 88 Catalytic converter Problem
Why is my car losing power?
When Im going up a hill it doesnt have power and all I hear is a sound like it's losing compression

Check to make sure the catalytic converter (exhaust) isn't plugged. Also, check fuel pump pressure.
