Injector sensor what is my course of action to fix? New injectors? I have used Seafoam & Royal Purple cleaner, It ran better before I got the code, while I had Royal Purple still in the tank. Is it related?

It could be related to the code as depsotis get loosened the affect engine performance until they settle in to oil pan. The best fuel system cleaner is BG44K. You will have to go to a parts counter ata car dealership to get it.
