My car wont start

Have a 1992 mitsubishi expo 1.8 standard. driven down the road an it quit running .wont start. took fuel pump out hooked to battery it worked hooked bakup up to plug wouldnt work. also took spak plug out grounded, turned motor over wouldnt spark. HELP!!!

if thats the little box in the dash next to the cars computor,i went bot 1 at junk yard the guy told me it was running when brot in, still no go,do u think its the computor?

The MPI control relay powers both the fuel pump and coil. Check and test fusible link no.3 20amp

ok thats under the hood rite how do u check those fuses they have a window an none look blown. is there a special way 2 check them?or take them out?
