With some freezing ice on my windshield I tried to warm up my car. There was hunks of ice down around the lower part of my windshield. I turned on my wipers and could only get one to work and now hear a rattling, clicking type noise on the drivers side wiper that now is stuck half way up position on the windshield. The wiper will not even move, even if I try to move it with my hand.
Any and all help you can give me sure would be appreciated greatly,

Thanks.

You probably broke the transmission or linkage to run the wiper and will either need to be replaced or if a clip broke have that replaced.

Thank-you so much,
Debbie

Unfortunately we don't have the merkur in the u.S. And we don't have any pictures of this. However it is under the vent infront of the windshield more than likely and will have to be purchased either from a junk yard or if youcan find it new. You might try an auto parts in your area toseeif they have it. If you are mechanically inclined you may be able to do this yourself but I would recommend getting a manual on it to help you along.
