1992 Mercedes Benz 400e Repair Question

My car wont start
I put in 2 new fuel pumps and a new relay It started fine one time and now it wont start unless i prime the trottle first not sure whatelse can be wrong any ideas would be great

Check fuses and check if there was any damage to the fuel tank as well as fuel tank lines.
