Surges and dies at stop and start from stop, gas peddel not engaged , or coasting to a stop or turn just dies. lumpy, erratic, like it's out of gas. Have to pump gas lightly to start out again, or it dies and sometime it won't start right away, most of the time it
starts, had battery problems but got a new one. it still does it.
could it be the voltage regulator.
