My car starts and runs but has no power to drive. Can you tell me what the problem could be?

It has set for almost 6 years my brother got it out and got it running but it has no power to drive it

Check the exhaust system for restriction could be clogged somewhere-start here and let me know

It still has the old gas in it also, could that cause it?
