It started recently, i took my car to the shop for emissions. The numbers were off the charts, i replaced the cat and had it retested. the NOppm were still high plus the engine was running hot.
finally pass my emissions then the problem started;
rpm would rev low, all the interior and exterior lights flicker. engine never stalled (so far), no flicker while driving on the highway (while driving pretty much). Replaced spark plugs, new wires about a year ago. radiator is also leaking.
