Engine wont start

We replaced head gasket now the truck wont start I think we got it way out of time what can we do? Timing light is useless with not running. We replaced head gasket and radiator spark plugs rotor now the truck wont start what can we do?

Make sure ignition wires and ignition rotor, are properly routed to the correct cylinders. Make sure you are getting spark and fuel to the engine. Check engine compression.
