Good morning, I have been researching your website to trouble shoot our wiper problem. They work fine but stop in the straight up position. I did hear a clicking noise before they did this. we have tried adjusting them and found the wind latch tab, however we can't find just the wind latch tab at the auto store or from Ford. A ford service man said he believes it is the governor not the motor due to the clicking noise I heard. It is a very expensive part to purchase and not returnable. Can you give us any more advise before getting this governor?
