I have a 92 lexus es300 I need to know How to Lower Car Emissions to pass Inspection
My car didn't pass the smog test and I need to know what can I do to make it pass.

to make it short and sweet, get it fixed.
we need to know why it failed and what gas were out of spec before we can assist you further.
