1992 Jeep Cherokee Repair Question

What would cause it to run5-7 miles until gets hot shut off and will restart in about 5 minutes
1992 Jeep Cherokee : will run 5-7 miles gets hot shuts off has to cool off to start again what could be causing this? I have replaced the fuel pump

fuel pump for overheating??
i assume it is overheating and i would not drive it till you resolve it. check the coolant level, check the thermostat, the rad may be clogged and lastly, it may have blown a head gasket from overheating
