Honda Accord Rpm Problem
Problem with idling. At idle, car shakes even when all motor mounts had been replaced. Could this be due to not aligned balance shafts? Also when either the fans kick in, lower windowor sometime any other electrical usage, the idle dropps down to practically 100 rpmthen back up to normal (700rpm). Not sure what is causingthis power draw. could the idle air control valve have anything to do with this?

try cleaning the throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner. clean battery terminals and check ground by engine if it shakes it may be due to misfire or idling to low.
