1992 Honda Accord Repair Question

My 92 Honda accord stutter and turns off
Hi i have a 92 Honda accor d lx 4cylinder. Now when i push the gas pedal the car loses power meaning it will stutter and not want to move i have to turn the key back a lil and on again just for it to restart and move also now when i stop at a red light the rpms will drop and the car will turn off it starts right up and this all happens when the car is worm

Seems the idling speed is too low. You can try adjusting the idling speed and if it does not work, clean the throttle body and IAC and retest.
