Engine stalling and shutting off when hot

Okay, so the car starts/runs fine when cold. But after running for X miles especially in extreme heat (I live in Arizona) the check engine light comes on and power loss and it sputters/shuts off. Catalytic is no longer a problem. Has been punched through. Have replaced the o2 and MAP sensors. Fuel pump seems to be working fine, but have yet to replace. Was suggested to rebuild the fuel pressure regulator after noticing when the problem occurs only one of the injectors seems to be pumping fuel.

Any ideas?

Truck listed above is a 4.3 tbi 2wd.
no error codes can't get the scanner to run when plugged in.

How do you know only one injector is firing? I would take out the O2 sensor and drive it. You still can have a back pressure problem this will eliminate that. We can start here.

O2 sensor is brand new. Just replaced it less than a week ago. When the stalling issue occurs I took off the air filter and looked at it. With it sputtering and spitting I can tell that one injector is obviously not spraying. Went ahead and rebuilt the regulator today. Have yet to get in a good test on it. Will update later if/when it occurs again.

Thanks
