1992 GMC Other Repair Question

I done put a icv and tps and its still doing the samething its acking like it need more fuel when i shift from 1 to 3 but 4 and 5 does okay but it only does it when im doing high rpm.

Tranny could be slipping-check the fuel pressure and also the manifold absolute pressure sensor, throttle position and the vehicle speed sensor-
