A/C problem

I have a 1992 ford Thunderbird and the A/C was changed to 134a in 1998 currently the charge has been checked twice and no leaks. My problem is the system will blow cold air for about 10 minutes the go humid and warm, or if during this time you change the fan speed or from Max to normal the air immediately turns warm and humid

Could be air and moisture in the system that's forming into ice and blocking off the orifice tube-Have the system evacuated and see what happens
