92 ford tempo

Besides break lines, master cylinder, cap on break fluid resevour, equilizer valves, what can be causing the petel to keep going to the floor?

Fluid leaks, air in system and what you have mentioned, out of adjustment shoes (if drum brakes)

The simple answer is ANYTHING in the brake system. If the system doesn't meet the resistance it requires, it will not build pressure and you will have no pedal.
