Prongs broke on clutch release fork, friend welded it, looks like they stick out farther than b 4 will it hurt to use it on truck

It may as it has to fit over the throwout bearing at a specific point. I reccomend a new part

If it isn't the way it was prior to the repair, chances are you are going to have trouble. See if you can find a used one that hasn't been repaired.
