Power door locks

I have a 1992 Ford Escort and the locks work like this. There is no power lock button installed by ford inside. If I lock the drivers side door then the rear locks lock and if i lift the drivers side lock the rear locks unlock. But this only is working sometimes and i have to manually lock all of them.Any idea how to get to the problem. Also my rear hatch wiper stays on and i have to pull the fuse for it to go off any help would b appreciated.Thx

the only way they can act like this is if there is aftermarket locks if there is no factory lock system

have it checked at a shop to verify.
