1992 Ferrari 348TS Repair Question

Acceleration Jerking above 3,000 to 4,500 RPM and during
I have replace new Ignition Coil left and right, All ignition cables and all spark plugs. I also had replace both left and right fuel filter.
When I accelerate my Ferrari 0 to 3,000 RPM and going to 4,500 RPM either when shifting gears and trying to accelerate, my Ferrari jerking on and off ..some times heavy jerks and sometimes mild and it comes along with a popping/exploding sound coming from the exhaust.
