When i get down to about a half tank in my 1992 Cadillac Deville, when i turn the pedal wont catch like there is no gas and sometimes when i am at a stop, the engine stalls and i cant move, the gas pedal is completely unresponsive. once i turn it off and

seeif the tank has collapsed and check your fuel pressure when it is at that level. check for engine codes as well.
